Yes, young Ronnie Morris is definitely going places, he went to see “hit for six” last weekend and to a fete last night! He is also going places in his professional life. Read his write up below. Its all good except for where Guyana deemed him hunk of the week.

Obviously that is a place I need to visit!

A man has got to do what a man has got to do . Guyana is fantastic. I am the co-producer of the upcoming 2007 Guyana Fashion Weekend (to be held in August under the patronage of His Excellency Bharrat Jagdeo, President of Guyana), and I got the opportunity to have lengthy meetings with him, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport, Minister of Tourism, Industry & Commerce and the Minister of Public Services.

I was also chosen as the “Hunk of the Week” by a major daily newspaper, and was the subject of numerous radio and television interviews during my short stay. My R&B single Deception is doing very well, and is expected to debut in the Top 40 Chart in the coming week!

While in Guyana I took the opportunity to deliver promotional copies of the official Barabdos Music Awards compilation CD to local DJs, and several artistes from the 18-track CD have already begun to receive rotation on FM and AM radio, including Toni Norville, Malcolm X, Rameses, Styles P., Keann, J-Co, Strategy, Kimberley Inniss, Rihanna, Betty Griffith and myself among others.

God is a good God – Yes He is!
