A Visit to the Supermarket

I am here in the supermarket shopping and I just remembered you guys…. What does my visiting the supermarket have to do with entertainment business? Keep reading and I will tell you.
You would have read my blog posts earlier this year about how to get a sponsor and how to unget a sponsor. But your relationship with a sponsor should not just start and finish there. That relationship must continue beyond Crop Over and go along with you when you go to the Supermarket. When you are in the supermarket shopping you should be making it a priority to buy as many brands of the companies that sponsor you. The same way that you ask companies to sponsor you by giving you money, you in turn must reciprocate – when you become a consumer in the supermarket – by making a decision to spend your money back with them.
I often have spirited discussions with my two sons about supermarket shopping, they don’t understand the importance of being corporate minded and eating snacks ONLY from companies who sponsor Bacchanal time. They have this thing about wanting variety and choice. Sometimes I feel like disowning them and putting them up for adoption or something.
I for example only eat Pizza from Pizza Man Doc, I don’t even know what the other Pizzas taste like, last time I ate a different brand pizza was when I was visiting New Jersey in the States by my sister Juann back in the 90’s. Pizza man doc does not have a branch there so it was either I eat the pizza my sister bought or starve, I chose not to starve.
The moral of this story is, spend back money with the people who spend money with you! That way they will have more money to sponsor you with next time you ask.
If during the reading of this blog there is any thing I might have written which might have incensed or offended you, GET OVER IT! There are many things I read and hear in the media on a daily basis that I don't like either. SO DEAL WITH IT! You are welcome to leave your comments though. Make sure and come back yuh hear !!!...
