The Sons of God Apostolic Spirtual Baptist Church presented an award to Madd in recognition of our 25th Anniversary in Entertainment, at a dinner staged at their Ealing Grove head quarters in Christ Church Barbados last weekend.
The Sons of God church also achieved a milestone as they were celebrating 50 years of existence at the event, so we in turn wish to congratulate them.

When I told my family that Madd would be performing at this church dinner they didn’t believe it. They could not imagine that a church would allow Madd to perform at one of their events. The Baptist church has always been receptive to culture as they themselves carry on a strong tradition of worshipping utilizing the African drum and dancing.
Madd has attended church services there and I assure you it was an unique and intriging experience.

This church is the only entity outside of Barbados Association of Tent Managers who consistently acknowledges Madd’s cultural contributions. Madd will be attending a special church service for our 25th anniversary on Sunday 18th November at the same Sons of God Spiritual Baptist church, we want you to come!
