Actually, the Americans did NOT vote for Bush twice. He actually LOST…. TWICE!!! The American system of elections differs significantly from ours. DO your research and then you will understand why he was not only able to gain but retain his presidency….It was a cheating, unfortunate technicality which lead to this……
