I believe he could have avoided some of this work if he had planned ahead to assume Government this soon. But, who could have known that Owen would have given the Government to him this soon. Wow! Countless Bajans, they say over 500, had a ball
Our Rt. Hon. Prime Minister, David Thompson was there
