I make no apologies There is definitely Too Much FAT on the road . Japan is now measuring your waist and if it exceeds a certain amount you are being told to reduce. OBESITY is a serious problem that needs to be dealt but as usual we bury our heads in the sand and lag behind. We will wait and wait until 20 years down to road for somebody to come and tell us we should reduce. People need to be EDUCATED and we must not apologise. FAT can be controlled thru diet. If you eat a plate of macaroni pie and rice everyday for 30 years and wash it down with coloured sugar water -FAT is the result. There is no sugar coating of the message, sugar is what got us there in the first place.
