These individuals have a problem with culture which they have described as Culture from the waist down. They have a problem with Black people in general and their mentalities are rooted deep in the colonial period , dominated by Victorian thinking. Any attempt by Black people,especially to enjoy themselves and celebrate life is frowned upon by these mentalities. For them black people should have no time for play for afterall Black people were slaves just a few years ago and they should be on the plantation just sweating it out working hard , getting no pay and enhancing the coffers of Massa. For example You hear THE RIGHT WING LOBBY bemoaning that wukking up is not we Culture and similar sentiments .
