I symapthize with Rhianna and the mixed emotions that she is having...it is perfectly normal, but if she has an opportunity to help Chris with his problem then I believe that she should help him. I did not say allow him take out his frustrations on her but be a support for him...and that may mean having someone else present with them at all times when he goes to counselling or just needs to talk to his friend. If she still considers him a friend then that's what you do ... help your friend. There is nothing worst than having people/friends abandon you when you have fallen...even if you have created the circumstances that led to your fall.
